- Step One: Begin with a Virtual Tea with Tawana! We will chat about the program, get to know each other, and determine how we will customize the program for you.
- Step Two: Discover Your Personal Instruction Manual: Together we walk through a complete health and nutritional assessment. Learn where the nutritional deficiencies are in your current diet and discover concrete steps to immediately improve your health. I’ll teach you what to eat and stop the endless “I need to lose weight” thought cycle.
- Step Three: Receive Your Customized Meal Plan-the key to losing weight and keeping it off is finding a way of eating that works for YOU and your lifestyle. Each week your meal plan will be tweaked based on your results from the previous week.**Meal programs designed by a team of registered dieticians.**
- Step Four: Grab Your Grocery List-there is no confusion on what to buy when you go shopping! You will receive a complete grocery list for the foods based on your nutrition plan for the week.
